Fall Schedule
New Session Begins August 10th
Class Descriptions:
Beginning: Athletes who are new to tumbling- Beginning 1
Athletes working on a backbend kick over- Beginning 2
Intermediate: Developing a back walkover on floor & working standing back handsprings with a spotter
Advanced Tumbling: Athletes must have a backhand spring by themselves on the tumble track in order to register in the advanced classes. (They need to be completely unassisted.)
Specialty Class: Will begin in November and will go through March. This class is for anyone who want to compete in Best Tumbler, Best Stunt Group, Best Jumper, Solos, Duets, High School Cheerleaders, or anyone who wants extra practice.
Flex Class: Athletes working on flying skills, balance, and major flexibility tasks.
