Spirit Express offers Competitive and Recreational Gymnastics.
- We are a member of the Heart Of Missouri Gymnastic League.
- Classes cover competitive levels 2 – 7.
- Each gymnast is periodically evaluated and receives evaluation forms to enhance the learning experience.
- Artistic Gymnastic classes, covering uneven bars, beam, floor, and vault, are available for students 2 years of age and older.
